FLORA
Over 320 plant species have been identified in Karawatha Forest. The Forest contains some of the last remaining
wet heathlands and melaleuca wetlands in Brisbane.
Eucalyptus Baileyana and
E.Planchoniana,
which are rare in Brisbane, grow on the sandstone outcrops.
